GOALS
Share the survey responses with employees to showcase what is important to the organization and how the company is taking action on their results.
Contact each employee who participated using their preferred communication method to thank them for their time.
Create a postsurvey plan of action and share it with employees to let them know how their answers will be used and that their time is valued.
At Level Four, the company’s goal is to acknowledge employees who have completed the desired action and thank them for it. Showing appreciation for those who do what’s requested is a simple way to maintain employee engagement and open the door for future, higher-level engagement as well. It should go without saying, but a simple thank-you email in these cases can go a long way!
